Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Watches damaged due to misuse

Items purchased on clearance or special discount (if mentioned)

Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

The amount will be returned through the original payment method (for prepaid orders)

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred to your provided bank account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement after verification.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the return process will apply.
